the water on the rocks seems a little too blended? usually, water is defined on where it ends on rocks, the blending seems a too harsh. maybe try drawing definitive lines next time, maybe making it a separate layer to turn down the opacity - then you can see if you want the rock to show through the water or not!
also, the shading on the character is a little harsh. I'm guessing you shaded with black? try shading with different colours and using the opacity filter - you can get some really nice effect! you still did a really nice job on the picture! really nice ambience and atmosphere! i really get what you were going for
